7歳の頃から書道を始める。
15歳で書道十段合格。師範を取得。
書道歴13年。
大学卒業後、マスコミ業界に就職。
仕事に没頭するものの、
日々時間に追われ 「本当に自分らしい生き方が出来ているのか」と、疑問に感じた。
その後、OLから独立。
運動指導者としてこれまで11万人指導。
著名人や経営者等々、多岐に渡る老若男女の「健康」と向き合ってきた。
どの世代にも共通する大切なこと＿
それは心身のバランス。
運動指導をしてきたからこそ伝えられる “身体の整え方”
そして書道で培ってきた “精神の整え方”
書道を通じ、自分自身を整えるきっかけ、
「整える書道」を届けています。

From Shizuoka, Japan
Started calligraphy at the age of 7
Accredited as a 10th Rank (10dan) holder / Master in calligraphy.
Have 11 years of experience in calligraphy.
Started career in mass media after college.
While focusing on work and being chased by time,
wonder if I am really living my own life.
Became independent,
Taught 110,000 clients as a fitness trainer,
Worked for celebrities, entrepreneurs and clients of all ages,
and engaged with their wellbeing
