What is "TOTONOERU SHODO"?
"Zen meditation + calligraphy"
We will begin with meditation to calm your breath.
This aligns your outer self (body) & inner self (mind),
leading you into the world of calligraphy.
Please enjoy this moment of mindfulness.
I will share -
“How to condition your body” such as breathing techniques and beautiful Japanese posture,
which was learned through experiences
as a trainer to teach 110,000 clients.
And
“How to calm your mind” which was learned
through 14years of experience in calligraphy.

Connecting to the harmony of everything in the world
